Greene King IPA The Beer of Suffolk

Greene King IPA is a great-tasting beer, loved by real ale enthusiasts and more social drinkers across the world. In fact, Greene King IPA is one of Britain's favourite cask ales. IPA stands for India Pale Ale, a particular type of beer that was brewed for export to ex-patriots during the days of the Indian Raj. Greene King IPA has a 100-year history and to this day retains that distinctive hoppy taste and aroma.

This refreshing real beer has won the CAMRA Champion Beer of Britain accolade. A perfectly balanced award-winning beer, characterized by its hoppy taste and aroma that comes from the use of Challenger and First Gold hops combined with pale and crystal malts. The beer is brewed in the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, in the heart of Suffolk, where brewing has been an important part of the town's history even as far back as 1086.

Greene King IPA is now the Official Beer of England Rugby, London Wasps, Harlequins, and Sale Sharks. England legend and real ale fan Lawrence Dallaglio is Greene King IPA’s rugby ambassador.
